On this beautiful spring Mother's Day, I grabbed one of my favorite models, my daughter, to take some pictures of her and her knitted rainbow cowl. We bought this rainbow yarn a couple of months ago when K saw it, but I had no idea what I was going to make with it. That is often how my yarn purchases are - oh soooo pretty, but no idea what to do with it. This time, it wasn't too hard to figure out that the yarn wanted to be a vibrant cowl. My model did a wonderful job!
I did a ripple pattern, so it looks a bit like waves. It is actually super long, so it twists up as many times as she wishes. This time she did 4 - if she didn't do any, she could jump rope with it!
She did a great job, didn't she? Happy Mother's Day!
